Clubs that run rated tournaments 5

Team leagues aside, the clubs on this page are the ones whose own pages or local press show them holding tournaments that count for a rating. Octava Casilla in Hortaleza announces rapid tournaments valid for the FIDE rapid list. Coslada, Getafe and Ajedrez Blanco y Negro in the capital are marked the same way on the strength of their own sites.

In San Sebastián de los Reyes, Club de Ajedrez V Centenario fills its year with tournaments, among them a championship played in rating bands and an event capped by rating. Rated play usually asks for a federation licence and an entry sent before a deadline, and places can be limited. The dated tournaments themselves sit in the tournaments section, where each series has a card of its own.
