Chess clubs with a Thursday timetable 12

On Thursdays the open rooms are Las Rozas Reacciona, with its club evening, Jaque y Mate Venceremos in Alcalá de Henares, which lists a club opening from six o'clock, and Ajedrez con Cabeza in Chamberí, open through the afternoon. Pueblo Nuevo plays its tournament for federated players on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Thursday is also the main day for adult classes: Getafe's group for federated players, taught by an international master, the adult groups of Diagonal Alcorcón and those of Ajedrez Blanco y Negro in the capital. Children have classes at Rivas, at V Centenario in San Sebastián de los Reyes, at the Algete club and at Capablanca's municipal school in Chamartín, and El Molinillo in Majadahonda holds one of its training hours. Classes need enrolment and the tournament a federation licence; for a casual game, pick one of the open evenings and look at the hours on the card.
