What the status rests on

The Madrid chess federation (FMA) lists this venue for the 2026/2027 season, with 2 teams in its rapid team league, and the club is in the Primera division of the 2026/2027 team league; the active status rests on these two listings. The Madrid tournament calendar (ajedrezenmadrid.com) also carries a "Torneo de Ajedrez Rápido Fiestas de Moratalaz 2026" for 13 June 2026, organised by Club Ajedrez Moratalaz at its premises (Avda. de Moratalaz, 46, a hut in Parque Darwin next to the SAMUR post), but that page is marked CANCELADO, so it does not show that the tournament was played.
